Apple warranty problem.

Hello.

I have bought MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) about 8 month ago.

Mac book pro has problem with display ( there are many red pixels on display ), So i took it to Apple service in Azerbaijan ( I live in Azerbaijan )

They said me that, we will change display ( because it has still valid warranty )

New display will come from US , it is free ( for warranty ) but you must pay additional 200 man(120 USD).

They said me that 120USD is for customs. Our customs is charging 120USD for apple displays whether or not it is for changing display.

I cannot understand, why i must pay this money if i have still warranty?

What can i do??
